The food at Nobu is always excellent. We picked Nobu because our daughter was introducing us to her boyfriend & we wanted someplace that we could talk with good food. Nobu did not disappoint Budwoman

Food was excellent. Service great. And the experience was excellent ans well with it. Everybody was focused on excellent service and making us have a great time.

My omakase experience at Nobu Houston with Chef Ken was absolutely incredible. Each dish was a perfect blend of fresh, high-quality ingredients and artistic presentation. Highlights included melt-in-your-mouth toro tartare, flavorful uni, and perfectly cooked wagyu beef. Chef Ken’s passion and attention to detail were evident in every course, and his friendly demeanor made the evening even more enjoyable. The ambiance was elegant yet welcoming, and the thoughtfully paired sake and wine elevated the meal. If you’re looking for a truly unforgettable dining experience, Chef Ken’s omakase is a must. Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The venue itself is pretty wide open. Not much ambience. The staff is friendly and exuberant. Food is outstanding! Spicy tuna crispy rice, yellowfin jalapeño sashimi, rock shrimp tempura, tuna sashimi and wagyu dumplings….all a home run!!

We were looking forward to Nobu and it didn’t disappoint from our first to last bite it was innovative, interesting and tasty! Will be back.

Nobu was a really great experience! The food was superb and fresh. I ordered the yellowtail and the crispy rice tuna and the waiter explained how to enhance the taste and MY GOD it did not disappoint! John, my waiter was so sweet, attentive and gracious. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

Restaurant was very empty so ambience was a little lacking but it was early in the week. The dining room was freezing. We had to wear our coats during our meal. Food was as expected…good. Service was pleasant.

Nobu is absolutely divine! Whether you are dining solo or with others , it is a fact that you will enjoy your experience! Portions are perfect , unless you have a huge appetite ;) I highly recommend the Black Orchid tea, as well as, the Cauliflower Jalapeño!
