Chef Nobu Matsuhisa brings his world-renowned Japanese cuisine to the Paris Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. This inspired fine dining experience provides the ideal intimate setting to enjoy signatures like Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño and Black Cod Miso alongside finely crafted signature cocktails, including guest favorites like the Lychee Martini and Nobu side car.

If you are dining at Nobu for the first time, family style is highly recommended. For parties of 6 or more the Chef recommends the menus eight highlights. The best way to enjoy is to start with 2 or 3 cold dishes, then move to 2-3 hot ones. Finally end with 2-3 pieces of sushi and dessert. All these shared family style.

Had a reservation at 8:45 and had to wait 30 minutes to get seated. Our server was not attentive at all and we had to ask him a couple times to bring items we had ordered. Nobu at Caesar’s is better.

Didnt get seated until 30 min after reservation. When we sat down server told us not to order sushi because kitchen was too backed up, so we only ordered entrees. We tried to order a bottle of Belle Glos Pinot but they were out. Som told us there was a substitute but didn’t give us any comparison between the two. She said if we didn’t like it they wouldn’t do anything about it even those it was a substitute. So, we didn’t order any wine. Overall service was sub par for any nice restaurant, let alone a Nobu. Wont be back.

This is the worst Nobu I have been too, it is always consistenly good but not this location. Service does not exist. Food was not to the same level, my lobster shitaki salad was horrible, way too much vinegar.

Not worth the price. It was meh. I’ve had better sushi everywhere. The sake was amazing. Desserts were not appealing.

Horrible service!! Server disappeared and had to ask 3 times for a wine list. Awful for the amount of money we spent. Wont be back!

We ate with a party of 7. Some members of the party had food preferences that our server handled wonderfully. The food was incredible, the staff were better. If you see this request John as a server he was knowledgeable and insightful about the menu and made our dining experience stand out in the most positive way!
