                                            This was our first time at North Italia. It was a Saturday evening and it was packed. We had a reservation for 7:30 pm. We checked in 7:25 pm and the person at the desk said they were clearing a table and we should give them a few minutes. Twenty-five minutes later I went to the desk and asked for an update. She was very polite and explained that there was a delay but as soon as a table opened we would be seated. We were a table for 2. She offered a high top but I have a cast on my left leg so I explained that it was difficult for me to sit at a high top. She was gracious and said "give me a minute." About two minutes later she called me any son to our table. Thereafter, all was good. The food was great and the service just as nice. The staff comp'd our appetizers which I did not request and was a pleasant surprise. We will return but perhaps during a weekday or if on a weekend maybe a reservation for 8:15 PM or 8:30 PM.

                                            We celebrated NYE and the experience was perfect. The atmosphere was cozy yet festive. Our server Rick was awesome; very informative and personable. We will be back!

                                            I've loved every north italia location I've been to and this one didn't disappoint either. This was my first time at the galleria location and everything was perfect I'll definitely be back!

                                            We had a great, smooth experience despite coming in the weekend before Christmas at a busy mall! The team was accommodating, attentive and helpful with our little ones.
