I had a fantastic experience! It's thrilling to see new dining options in our area. While the price of eating out has definitely increased, the quality of the food remained impressive. There was a small mix-up with one of our orders, but the staff resolved it promptly and effortlessly!

First time at the new location at Arrowhead. I have been to all the locations in both Phoenix and Tucson and by far this is the best location. Our waitress was amazing. She offered great suggestions and was very attentive to the table but not to the point where you felt rushed. Keep up the great work.

We were so excited for North Italia to open close to our home as it is one of our favorites. We had a reservation and although we were there a few minutes before and with a near empty restaurant, it took almost 10 minutes to seat us. The front of house seemed to have no interest in getting people checked in and seated. Once seated, in the bar instead of the restaurant, said they would be right back with a kids menu and never returned. Our server, Michael, was excellent and attentive without being overbearing and all the food was delicious.

We came for NYE dinner. We had a reservation at 7:30 and waited about 10 minutes to be sat. Food was 10/10, service was great, and the ambiance was perfect! Love this place and will continue to come back!!

Outdoor area was nice but seated us next to walkway out toward street with no heater. When asked hostess to move to one of five open tables she said not possible. Waitress did move us after we asked part way through dinner again - expect more from hostess when plenty of available locations to move us to. Meal was fine and server was great.

We went for NYE and enjoyed the prix fixe menu. The waiter was reasonably educated on the drink menu and wine list. He was attentive and conscientious, keeping us updated on any issues like a short backup at the bar. I had the burrata and the short ribs. My husband had the bruschetta and the spicy pasta. The short ribs were the highlight. We’ll definitely be returning to try their regular menu.
