We have been to North Italia several times. The food is consistently good, at least in our experience. The truffle garlic bread is amazing. The salmon was delicious. The pastas are yummy. My issue is the service. I understand that it was the Sat after Thanksgiving, so it was very busy, but everything was soooo slow. While we had a friendly server, she didn’t ask how our meal was until I flagged her down to ask her for something. A different server came by with our garlic bread and flatbread appetizers, and when my daughter asked him if we could please have some little plates, he didn’t acknowledge any of us, although he did come by with the plates. My daughter’s ’thanks so much’ was completely ignored. I just think that is incredibly rude. I’m sure we’ll be back because the food is good, but it was a frustrating experience. And when your adult kids are rarely home except for holidays, you want to have a pleasant, relaxing evening together.

I have been here multiple times and the food is always excellent. I was a little disappointed in the service for the first time. Almost seemed like we were a bother for our waitress. No smile. Just the basics. Left for long periods and did not check on us. I have always had exceptional service and frankly I was surprised. I’ll come back but I hope I don’t get her again

Great server, I got the pig pizza and my wife got the pesto pasta. We’ll be coming again! Excellent gluten free options as well!

Night out with family from out of town. Great service, great food and my 90 year old mom could hear the conversation as it was not too noisy while having dinner.

Very nice snappy venue. Very creative menu. Prompt and discrete service. Cocktails were disappointing AND overpriced. The bar needs improvement. Overall it’s a good neighborhood spot, but not for special occasions.
