                                                                                                                Our server, I wish I remembered his name, was fantastic. I don’t eat eel so I ordered a specialty roll without the eel and they were very accommodating. My husband doesn’t eat onion and they were very accommodating with that, as well. Don’t skip the steak and lobster roll - I forget what it was called but is was phenomenal. Also don’t skip on the vegetable tempura and Brussels sprouts. Both were so, so good - 10/10!

                                                                                                                Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our visit. It was a very crowded holiday week. Here were the issues: 1. Super noisy (e.g a barking ‘service dog’) 2. Poor table. We did not ask to be reseated, so that’ on us. 3. Chaotic food and drink service (e.g. we got a side meant for another table, my cocktail arrived only after most of the food). 4. Surprisingly cold - bring extra clothes. On the positive side, our waiter noticed and wedged our wobbly table, the staff were friendly and the sushi, sashimi, and my cocktail were on point. I would recommend going here when it’s less busy.

                                                                                                                Oao was wonderful! Our server Jerome was so awesome, fun, and helpful with his recommendations. We will definitely return! My son proclaimed Oao to have the “best sushi ever”!

                                                                                                                Server was rushed and not focused on good service. After waiting for over 20 minutes for our last roll without any acknowledgement by the server, we were told it was taking a long time because of a large To Go order that came in. BUT we were customers sitting IN the restaurant. Sushi was good but not any better than what can be found in CA. Do better OAO.

                                                                                                                The food was great, I little disappointed that you didn’t have quail eggs. The sashimi was fresh and our waiting was top notch. The dining area was a little small an felt congested but we could deal with it. Overall, even the price is up there, I would go again
