The Ocean Grill is an open-air restaurant amidst the tropical foliage of South Beach, just steps away from the beach. Enjoy the refreshing breeze of the Atlantic Ocean or turn around and gaze at The Setai’s three infinity edge pools.

The Ocean Grill offers a Mediterranean-inspired lunch menu whose custom-built wood-fire grill gives each dish a rustic flare. Guests can enjoy a wide range of standout dishes including Spanish Octopus on the grill, Yellowfin Tuna Tartare, Mediterranean Branzino and the exotic White Truffle Pizza.

The new evening menu transports guests to summer nights on the Italian Riviera in our open-air, oceanfront restaurant featuring pastas, risottos, wood-grilled prime meats and fish.

Place itself is really nice and looks the part. We ordered bread for the table, three starters and four mains, plus a bottle of wine. The bread never arrived so had to ask again. Shortly after one starter arrived but not the other two so chased this up twice. The first starter was finished and cleared away and then other two still hadn’t arrived. Then the second starter arrived, along with all the main courses with still no sign of the other starter. So we sent the mains back and asked for the third starter. Had to speak to a manager to explain what was going on as the waiter seemed clueless as to what he was doing. Eventually, the third starter arrived, after both others had been long finished. The mains arrived which were fine. We asked for the bill and we had been significantly over charged and items had been multiplied. So we had to correct the bill. To be fair they took 20% off which the service charge and I was going to ask for that anyway. But at no point did the manager come across at the end of the meal and apologise. Overall, lovely looking restaurant, but let massively down by the serving staff

Service was awful…..waited 20 minutes for a drink and they brought the wrong drink. Sent back our fish because it was not well done which is what was requested. Salad was small and tasteless…..this restaurant has a beautiful ambiance which is its saving grace because the food is simply not good!
