    Our server was very nice but overworked The crab imperial was fishy The kitchen doesn’t understand steak temperatures. The overall experience was alright, but definitely not worth the price

    We have been several times and really enjoy the food and atmosphere. Previously, our service has been impeccable, which is what we’ve come to expect, however, this past visit was nothing exceptional. Our waiter forgot questions that we asked, provided incomplete and inaccurate responses, didn’t pay attention to detail, ignored a request, and took a very long time. Not the type of service you expect at a restaurant of this caliber.

    The restaurant was not ready to greet guests at reservation time of 1pm on Christmas. If the doors aren’t open until 1, then the 1st reservation should be 1:15. People were made to wait outside in the cold. When the hostess let us in to the lobby to wait, we witnessed the server meeting at the bar. Then when they were ready to seat, they asked the whole group who was first in line. Awkward. Although I asked to be in the main dining room when we were guided towards the bar, the gentleman said it would be fine and sat us at the window, but you could not see anything from there and felt like sitting in a corner by ourselves, blocked from everyone’s view although we were dressed appropriately. The server had a stained shirt and apron. Other than the salad being dry, the food was very good.

    It was fine but not what I would expect for Oceanaire . Service was slow, food was okay. A bit disappointing

    We had the best Christmas Eve dinner! The Dover Sole was the best I’ve ever had. Calamari and crab cakes are also delicious. Who can resist the baked Alaska for dessert? Our server was wonderful!

    Food and service were amazingggg, granted my party count was off due to people RSVP’ing at the last minute (and I didn’t have extra money for a private room last minute) but I felt they could’ve been more accommodating by providing more space. The entire section where our table was, was empty. Other than that, great experience. My mom and I plan to return the food is soooo good.

    Caviar was excellent King crab was very good Service was excellent They had a great dessert that I hope they keep permanently- they flambé it table side and it’s a wonderful experience
