This was not our first dining experience at Olivers, so I do have previous times to compare it to. Having said that, we thought the food was excellent. Hubby got the Confit Duck Pot Pie, and he said it was great. Another guest and I each got 6 oz filet which was fine except they put this lonely little filet in the middle of a big dinner plate in front of us and said our sides would be out in about 2 minutes. Well, the sides didn't arrive until 15 minutes later, which meant that our steak was cold by the time everything else arrived. Since we knew their baked potato was ginormous, hubby and I planned ahead to just split one. It was very tasty. Other guest got mac & cheese, and she was very happy with it. Her soup arrived with no soup spoon, and we had to search for someone to bring one. We asked that the biscuits and bread be boxed up for us to take home and I specifically said, "Please put the bread in one tray and the biscuits in another one". When we got home, they had all been crammed in the same tray. I'm not a person to complain because I respect how hard servers have to work and how demanding their job is, but I offer these comments to be honest so that Olivers can work on the minor details and stay around a long time. We definitely would go back. Our server was very nice, as were all the staff, and we were warned when we arrived that things may be a little slower because they were quite busy, but we didn't think things would take that long. It was a little stressful, wondering when our next course would finally arrive. But, I repeat, we will be back, because our earlier experiences were fantastic in every way.

Ordered the New York strip. Steal was cooked perfect to medium. The sides were amazing as usual. The service is top notch. Thank you for a great dinner.

Our waiter was very nice. The food was ok. Nothing to brag about. It took a very long time to get any food, bread, salad etc… and there were only 5 tables in the restaurant. When you give $200 for steak, baked potatoes and salad you want the steak to melt in your mouth. That wasn’t the case here. I would not recommend.

Great restaurant and experience.the service was phenomenal. The menu had something for any taste style. The food was out quickly. Everything tasted amazing. Only thing that could have made the steak better was a slight flaking of salt over top to finish for some added flavor.

Food and service were excellent. The pork chop was one of the best I have ever had. Wife had the flat iron steak which was also delicious. We shared the Gouda mac & cheese side which was amazing. A little on the pricey side but not out of reach for a tasty well prepared dinner. A+ we will be back.

Our server Devin was wonderful, very helpful and super nice so any issues with the food we had were easily forgotten. He made my Birthday feel special. He was also REALLY tall 7’1” which made me want to get a picture with him as I am only 5’3”!! The food was okay, but I’ve had about the same at much less expensive steakhouses. My $64 8oz filet had burnt char all over the outside and I ordered medium rare… I hate the taste of char. When I cut into it the inside was perfect however so I kept it and just shaved the char off with my knife. I received no warning that the interior of my onion soup would be 1000* degrees as the outside cheese melted looked and felt cold. Burnt my mouth and literally had to spit out to keep from burning the rest of my mouth. THAT WAS LADYLIKE!! lol I will say that the puréed sweet potatoes were amazing. My favorite part. I also received a free piece of hot chocolate cake for my birthday, however it was cold chocolate cake. :( Also, as someone who is a cake baker/decorator myself I could tell that this cake was old and had been sitting out for a few days. The icing was pretty hard, and not in a rich dense sort of way. Let’s just say that next time I will spend my money at a place like Del’ Friscoes if I want an excellent fancy steak, or Longhorn Steakhouse if I want a less expensive steak that just tastes fancy!! ;)

We enjoyed our meal at Oliver’s. Our server Brandon and the rest of the wait staff were very attentive and friendly. My favorite part of the meal was the meatball appetizer and my husbands favorite part was the peanut butter pie.
