As the sister restaurant to the highly acclaimed Odyssey on 6th—praised by top Denver publications for its Best Italian and Most Authentic dishes—we’re bringing that same passion and quality to a new experience at Ollie and Parks.

Such a great experience dining here! I brought a big group of girlfriends and it was a lovely night start to finish. Super nice host and server (very knowledgeable and patient with our big chaotic group), fair prices for the quality of food, and a beautiful location. My friends stayed after dinner for drinks at the bar and loved it as well. Couldn't recommend more!

We had a wonderful dinner at this new restaurant! The staff, especially Nicholas and Hope, were incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating. Where we were first seated was really loud, due to two large parties close by, and they moved us to the high top table which was a huge improvement. The food was delicious, especially the shrimp gnocchi and pear and gorgonzola pillows. Highly recommend!! On a snowy Friday night we had a great dining experience with exceptional service. Thank you!

My date and I were really disappointed with the food. The goat cheese crostini was mushy and had to be eaten with a fork and knife. The shrimp gnocchi had the consistency of oatmeal and had no flavor. The grilled Caesar salad was delicious, and is the only thing that we finished. We didn't order anything else because the food just wasn't good, and we had originally planned to order more. We both left still hungry. Our server did a nice job and I enjoyed the ambient dining space. I will probably try this place again only because I live nearby, but would get different tapas.

Amazing food, drinks, and service. I recommend the burrata, miso cod, tuna, and vegetable risotto!

We had a wonderful experience at O&Ps. The food was outstanding, particularly the Gorgonzola/Pear Butternut squash. The server was very helpful and took great pain to make sure all was well. We were personally greeted by both owners. I can't recommend this any higher.

Shareable small plates. Pumpkin pillows, crispy calamari, beef rib tacos were great. Cauliflower a bit too sweet and trumpet mushrooms bland. Pleasant but not overwhelming audio and large floor space with some distance between tables results in low noise level. Overall very good, would recommend.
