Literally translating to "Trust The Chef Please", Omakase Por Favor is a new restaurant in Lincoln, CA. We combine the best of coastal Mexican cuisine and the Japanese Omakase dining experience. We offer signature oysters, ceviches, and fresh seasonal seafood along with vegetables and produce from local farms and suppliers. Join us for lunch for a quick bite from our à la carte menu, or make your reservation for dinner where you can experience a culinary journey in our omakase menu and leave all of the decision-making to our expert chefs. Another fabulous dinner at OP, this one before the Rob Thomas show at Thunder Valley. I love how the Omakase changes every time, and how well they accommodate dietary restrictions. Great place to dine before a show, or any time.

We come here often because the service & food is always over the top. The best oysters and small plates in the area. You’ll walk away very satisfied and wanting more!

Overall, a very solid attempt at fine dining in the outskirts of norcal. Service was overall good, but there was a lot of moving/shuffling around and we got sporadic/rushed explanations of each course. We didn't get a menu (until after) so we couldn't figure out everything we got. We opted for the omakase at $75/pp and we added oysters as well as cocktails. The cocktails are all sake or soju based so not hard liquor - no kick, but they were light and refreshing though I would probably try the wine instead. Not including the oysters, there were 6 courses in the omakase and we found the portions quite small for what we paid and we've done our fair share of fine/michelin dining. I think it just needed a larger "main entree/protein" and a dessert course. The food was all tasty, but it ended on an albondigas soup which was sadly the lowlight of all the courses as the broth was too salty and the meatballs were rather dry despite the broth. We could have added the smores dessert, and we might have, but there was A LOT of time between courses that made the dinner run slower than anticipated. We had a concert to catch at The Venue in the Thunder Valley Casino about 5 mins away.

Loved the experience and the food. Suggest you try the Omakase and wine pairing and let the chef take care of you! It was our 3rd time and we will be back!

Unbelievable experience. Chef Gina went above and beyond tonight for our group. We had one family member with serious food allergies that they were able to accommodate. Food was amazing; service incredible…thanks Andrew and Taylor…cannot wait to go back.

Very nice people and service. This is a special occasion restaurant as prices are expensive. High quality Sake and oysters. The menu is limited but high quality.

What a fun and unique experience! Our server was next level and we enjoyed every moment! We had the Omakase with wine pairings! All the food and wine were amazing! I did not care for the dessert wine at the end, but besides that all was fantastic. You have to go in with an open mind and ready for a food adventure! This is definitely a place for foodies and those who enjoy a variety of foods. They were also able to cater to my tree nut allergy, which was of course very important!
