This course begins with a beautiful assorted KAISEKI appetiser platter, making you feel as in Japan. It includes seasonal Chawan-mushi, 8 hours slow-cooked A5 grade KAGOSHIMA WAGYU beef, served with homemade creamy tomato sauce, topped with crispy beetroot. The Highlight is ONE LIVE LOBSTER for each guest, with the cooking method chosen by customer. Following that, Chef,KAZU's selection of 12 PREMIUM-grade Sushi (OMAKASE sushi) will be served, featuring only HIGHEST guality ingredients in a continuous offering of premium sushi.

Japanese cuisine has a long history, and its representative 'KAISEKI' cuisine is said to have originated from tea ceremonies, however, over time, it also became the origin of banquet cuisine. Osaka Bar's 'KAISEKI' course, which pursues the fun and deliciousness of seasonal ingredients and local food here in Australia, intentionally includes sushi (offered Omakase style) to create a pre-fixed menu that is typical of Australia.
