Celebrated James Beard award-winning chef Marc Vetri delivers Osteria Fiorella to Summerlin at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, an expanded version of his wildly popular Philly pasta bar Fiorella. The casual restaurant features antipasti and salads, pizzas made in a wood burning oven, daily hand-made pastas, meat and fish cooked to perfection in a Josper charcoal oven and of course dessert, wine and cocktails. Osteria Fiorella will focus on a variety of classics perfected by Marc while living and cooking throughout Italy.

Overall, a very pleasant experience. Service was top notch, very attentive. Tricolore salad was good, however, disappointingly few Parmesan shavings. Branzino was delicious, perfectly cooked, although arugula salad it came with was not too our liking. Bread basket well worth the price. Temperature perfect, atmosphere pleasant.

Not as good as it used to be. Menu has been dumbed down. Prices have gone way up. They took a signature item off the menu, the Gnocchi with brown butter and leeks....the gnocchi they replaced it with is not even close to as good. A bit underwhelming. Not sure what changes they have made, but I had been there several times over a year ago and it has declined.

We were very happy we chose Osteria for our Anniversary dinner. From the hostess to our server and bussers, the service was phenomenal and the food was delicious. Best dining experience we have had in a very long time. Highly recommend.

I celebrated my birthday and was treated to a fantastic dinner made special by all the wonderful people who work at Osteria Fiorella. I'm looking forward to the next time I dine there.

Absolutely incredible experience for my birthday and my friends birthday. We enjoyed some Cabernet after tasting a couple of different wines. We opted for some pasta and the brussels sprouts. Everything was amazing and we ended up getting dessert and dessert wine. The service was phenomenal. The server was great at suggesting entrées as well as keeping the dinner lighthearted and entertaining. The vibes were great really enjoyed the atmosphere. I will definitely be back.

We use to really like the restaurant but the service was very slow. Maybe the preparation needs adjusting? And how do you justify $36/per drink??

We decided to go and planning to try the Thanksgiving special that they had listed. We sat down and saw the table next to us had ordered the special. It did not look very appetizing. So we decided to go with their regular menu. I had the Casio e Pepe with a side of the Sal's Meatballs. My wife had the Butternut Squash Caramelle. I have to say they were both excellent!!!! For dessert I had Banana Cream Pie and my wife had the Tiramisu. The service was excellent both our waitress and the young man who cleared plates and filled water.
