    An annual downtown tradition continues now at Verdigris! Please plan to join us from 6p-10p for a night of fantastic food, beverages and mingling all while benefiting Granville Little Theater. Members of the theater will be providing pop-up entertainment throughout the evening as well as some other guest appearances by local musical favorites. Ticket price includes food and beverages (premium beverage options available for purchase). Space is limited and tickets will sell out. There will be silent auction items and other opportunities to support the Granville Little Theater.

    A gem worth visiting! Ambience was classy and all facets were on point. Food was savory and staff were attentive and attentive to our needs. They took the time to do it right. Will be returning!

    The food was mostly good. Appetizer was not prepared with any effort. Tasteless/untoasted bread to have with an overcooked pot of cheese and crabmeat. We had entrees, and drinks. We (for two people) spent about $200.00 for the meal. Our bill also had a “because you are using a credit card” fee of an additional 4%. It is absolutely tacky at any price point. At this price point though it is unbelievably. The meal was worth $100. It was not worth 2x that, plus a bs “”credit card fee”.

    During our day trip to Oxford we found this gem. It’s an hour drive for us but we will definitely make this one of our go to places. My husband had the lamb and I had the ribeye, both were outstanding. The horseradish deviled eggs were awesome as well. Service was unmatched, they really take care of their customers. Can’t wait to go back and try other menu items.

    Oxford Oaks Distillery/Verdigris was absolutely amazing. The seven-ounce filet is perfectly seasoned, and I don't think I have ever eaten better broccoli. Think about that--when was the last time *broccoli* wowed you? Well, this broccoli impressed me. Our waitress was awesome and made sure we were kept abreast of gripping developments in the kitchen. We had the sea salt and caramel cheesecake, which I can highly recommend. Fabulous all around. Definitely worth the price.

    Great dinner from the food to the service! Every part of the meal was delicious and our server Laura was outstanding. Looking forward to our next visit.

    This place is hit or miss. The small plates they have during May and June for quittin’ time have been great! I love their bartenders, albeit the cocktail menu isn’t suited to my tastes anymore. The menu looks good but sometimes the execution is not. The steaks are ok if pricey, generally cooked well, although the aged ribeye is underwhelming. I’ve had mixed results on the scallops being seared/seasoned well, the quail has been tough and the herb crust is not to my liking. I’ve also had the opportunity to join the restaurant for a special occasion brunch on Mother’s Day. The brunch was disappointing, especially for the price, and I would not consider going back to Oxford Oaks distillery for such an event. In all, the restaurant could perform more consistently, especially the kitchen. While they have changed their menu several times since opening, perhaps some continued refinement is needed.
