Pacific Standard Prime is a modern steakhouse with a California vibe serving seasonal and sustainable food.

We searched the planet to bring you all-natural and ethically raised beef. The menu by Executive Chef Christine Brown evolves seasonally, so there's always a new dish to discover for dinner or Sunday brunch.

We're passionate about bringing you high-quality ingredients, many sourced from natural, organic, and sustainable ranches and farms.

Pair your choices with a hand-crafted cocktail or a sustainably produced boutique wine from a variety of small, family-owned vintners, carefully curated by owner Kevin Leach and sommelier Peggy Dean.

Join as we welcome Winemaker David Tate to our first Wine Dinner of 2025! We’ll enjoy five wines expertly paired with the creative cuisine of Executive Chef Christine Brown and her team as we learn from David. Barnett Vineyards is a small, family-owned winery on Spring Mountain in Napa Valley with a focus on small-lot, premium wines, organic farming, and minimalist winemaking techniques. We are so excited to partner with them and showcase their exquisite wines. Tickets are $195, which includes wine, dinner, tax and gratuity.

Server Stephanie promptly got us started and then anticipated every need as our holiday dinner together progressed. The food was presented elegantly and was prepared perfectly. The dining room is comfortably appointed. We had an early reservation so we watched people being sat carefully around the room to give plenty of space to all groups. We enjoyed an easy and private conversation. The owner checked with us on our way out after dinner. We were pleased to give an excellent report. This was our fourth time visiting the restaurant. We will happily return again soon.

Food was spectacular! Service was very good and ambiance was pleasant but trendy as well. But I have never spent so much money on dinner for four in my entire life. An experience, though, and I can’t get over how delicious it was!
