Pacini's menu is a succession of dishes, each one as appetizing as another, including some truly unique and exclusive foods. With no artificial trans fats, they are naturally exceptional. There are pasta dishes for every taste, always cooked al dente, pizzas cooked according to a specific Pacini process that prevent the emergence of artificial trans fats, tender and delicious grills, and extraordinary desserts. A lovely place to eat for both adults and children. The staff are particularly pleasant and attentive, we will definitely come again!

It was a very “okay” Italian restaurant that is a franchise and not very fresh and flavorful that I would expect at an Italian restaurant. Both of us had a a mediocre meal and an overpriced glass of wine. They had an interesting free bread bar where you selected a bread, one of five butter spread and then you roasted your own bread on an oversized grill that worked so so. The ambience was very nice but wouldn’t go back.

We were guests at Moose and, being lazy, didn’t venture out much. However, we were delighted with the Breakfast Pizza and the Vegetable Cassolette. Both were incredibly delicious. The drinks were also great - Mimosa, Negroni Caffe, and Old Fashioned.

It was not busy. The server didn’t have a clue about any type of liquor available. We finally just ordered Caesars which were weirdly sweet. My husband and I ordered the $75 platter for two and it came with two tiny pieces of rubbery steak, a couple of pieces of spicy sausage, four tiny shrimp and a few grilled vegetables with a huge pile of Parmesan fries. I felt like we paid $75 for Parmesan fries. It took a really long time to be served and it was cold. We weren’t about to start over. For dessert we ordered the thing with the pistachios. I can’t remember the name of it but server came back and said they only had enough for one so my husband got that and I got tiramisu. His was absolutely disgusting. A bunch of crumbled up cookies or something With a bit of goo on top. It was not edible. Mine was OK but everything was overpriced for the quantity and quality. Everyone working there looked miserable. It was just an all-around bad experience.

The food was just average, however the service was very good. Our waiter was very nice, plenty of gluten free options. Unfortunately the overall food gf and non gf was only average.

We had dinner on a Sunday night and it was a great experience. Our server Lucy was very friendly and attentive, she made sure we're not running out of water or drinks. The food was quick and delicious. The truffle fondue was my favourite. Overall a great experience.

Our ‘go to’ restaurant when we’re in Banff. Love their free bread bar although it wasn’t working well when there (Bread wouldn’t toast). Tables are so tightly arranged you might as well just sit with the other families as you could hear every table conversation. No music and no privacy,even though upstairs table section were not even in use. Restaurant was only half full on New Year’s Eve. Long wait for two drinks (15 mins) from the bar and not the best quality or presentation ( raspberry mojito and blue sangria), but thankfully the food came out quickly. Overall food was tasty but a bit bland. Tried the pesto chicken pizza, linguine Alfredo and the ravioli. I’ve had much better quality and tastier food there over the years. Skip the dolce bite size deserts in a jar ( still frozen) and just order the apple crisp.

The food was nice, however the service was very rushed. Our main courses were ready the minute we finished our starters then we weren’t asked if we wanted dessert or more drinks, she just asked if we wanted the bill. Overall we were in and out in an hour! We wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend eating here.
