The pasta sauces tasted like chef boyardee, wasn’t very tasty. Service was good otherwise. Bread bar is great

Lovely ambiance with big comfortable couches and no squishing in with diners elbow to elbow. Complimentary bread bar with toasting grill is awesome! And complimentary sparkling versus flat water is nice too. Delicious pizza’s, and everything plated beautifully. Moderate price range and would be a great place for a date or Christmas party! Have been here several times and have never been disappointed.

I'd like to explain the low service and overall experience. I'll put it ALL on Management. Our server, who was very nice, seemed to be the main bartender!! We saw her making our drinks and many more for other tables. Hence, the attention to our table was greatly lacking. Unfortunately our server did not apologize for the slow service. Even though it wasn't her fault, it would have been appreciated. Food was good, atmosphere was great, all you can eat bread bar...what can I say (5 stars!). Pacini-Mississauga.....hire a designated bartender! ps. our server did make an awesome bourbon sour!

My main course was supposed to have truffles - it had none. It DID have an excess of salt however. Our server couldn't care less that my dinner wasn't prepared as advertised, was poorly trained in customer service, yet she was training someone else. We finally had to ask at the bar if someone could find her so we could pay - the whole experience was disappointing and we won't be back.
