Best food in Winter Park. Weight staff was very attentive, we enjoyed it so much. We came back two nights in a row.

This is such a great little place for dinner. So many restaurants in ski areas are boring cookie-cutter and Paella's actually feels like if your Spanish friend invited you over for dinner - warm and hospitable and the ceviche is amazing.

The experience was not good and different from past times I have been there. They pushed bottled water which they charged for (when we are in the Rocky Mountains where we have incredible water) they never really gave an option to us - just appeared at the table asking if we wanted still or sparkling and then opened the bottles and started pouring. Drinks were expensive and entrees expensive. Dinner for four of us was over $400 with a $60 bottle of wine (which they also tried to upsell a more expensive bottle to us). They were pushy about "selling" and if was not a good feeling. Based on other dining options in the area this is completely ridiculous - you could eat at the Ranch House for the same or less money and they are not in that league. Denver prices that are not justified at all. Won't return.

My date and i made reservations and were excited to arrive at Paella In Winter Park Colorado. upon entry the ambiance was relatively quiet subdued lighting with candles and a very attentive staff. We ordered Tapas which were great, and a lovely bottle of wine. Of note the waiter suggested a bottle that was excellent and actually was not the most expensive wine on the list in its category. The main course was excellent! we did not order any desert of aperitif. The menus was diveerse and had options for beef lovers to chicken and fish to vegetarian. Costs were very much in line with what one might expect at a ski resort but were not overly exorbitant. We very much enjoyed ourselves!

Everything about our experience was exceptional! From the greeting at the door to the last bite of food, we were blown away! The executive chef and owner was our server and he is adorable! The service was extraordinary and the timing of each coarse was perfection. Every course was delicious, but for me the real standout was the Chilean Sea Bass with mushroom sauce and black truffle. I am a foodie and would have to put this in my top 5 meals ever! I’m not exaggerating…this will be a must do meal whenever I am in Winter Park! Thank you Paella’s!
