                                                                                                                                My date and i made reservations and were excited to arrive at Paella In Winter Park Colorado. upon entry the ambiance was relatively quiet subdued lighting with candles and a very attentive staff. We ordered Tapas which were great, and a lovely bottle of wine. Of note the waiter suggested a bottle that was excellent and actually was not the most expensive wine on the list in its category. The main course was excellent! we did not order any desert of aperitif. The menus was diveerse and had options for beef lovers to chicken and fish to vegetarian. Costs were very much in line with what one might expect at a ski resort but were not overly exorbitant. We very much enjoyed ourselves!

                                                                                                                                Everything about our experience was exceptional! From the greeting at the door to the last bite of food, we were blown away! The executive chef and owner was our server and he is adorable! The service was extraordinary and the timing of each coarse was perfection. Every course was delicious, but for me the real standout was the Chilean Sea Bass with mushroom sauce and black truffle. I am a foodie and would have to put this in my top 5 meals ever! I’m not exaggerating…this will be a must do meal whenever I am in Winter Park! Thank you Paella’s!

                                                                                                                                This hidden gem is a MUST for locals and visitors. In 35 years I have not had such an amazing meal in Winter Park. The chefs attention to detail and flavor in every bite is extraordinary. The Chef himself came and shared his specials with us. We ordered Patatas Bravas & Setas al Ajo to start. The Patatas have a nice kick with a sauce that rounded out the dish. The Setats were cooked perfectly with a flavor one must experience to understand. One of our guests tried the Garlic soup on special and loved it. All of our dinners were cooked to perfection with flavors you only find at a gem like this. Congratulations to the chef, and service team - this meal we be talked about for years to come. We will be bringing all of our guests to visit.
