Over the past few years, the tract of Montgomery County between Horsham and Blue Bell has become something of a hot spot for exciting new restaurants. Thanks to Habib Troudi, it’s about to get one more in the form of Panache Wood Fire Grill. Carved out of the building that had been home to L’Angolo Blue, an Italian restaurant that closed earlier this year, Panache is based on a “simple concept,” as Troudi says, offering thin-crust Neapolitan-style pizzas cooked in a wood-burning, coalfired oven, as well as prime steaks, seafood and other new American cuisine. Once complete, the space will have two bars, one of which will also house the massive 10,000-pound oven needed to crisp up those pizzas and cook other dishes in castiron skillets.

It was quiet until a large party came and sat next to us. They were way too loud for us to hold a decent conversation amongst the four of us. My lentil soup came to the table cold, and another guest at our table ordered a salad that was far from satisfactory.

Panache is my go to restaurant for many dining purposes: you just can’t miss here. Virtually anything you order will be great. Although my favorite item is the Chicken Kabobs, tonight I decided to go with the veal Francaise. I was quite pleased! The sauce was hearty enough to satisfy but not overly heavy, and the veal itself was very tender. The entree practically melted in my mouth and it paired beautifully with Malbec I ordered. The one thing I look forward to each visit is the bread basket Panache starts you with: the tomato-based dipping sauce is the bomb! Definitely check out Panache; it will make a great impression!

Aways just an awesome dining experience! One of my wife & I favorite spots for our date nights! Very friendly & attentive staff! Food & drinks are always fresh, creative, & great tasting! Would of loved to share a picture of our fabulous entrées, but by the time I realize to take a picture, it was ready gone! Lol! Great & fun place to dine for any occasion!

After a good Thanksgiving day experience last year, my husband and I returned to Panache for Thanksgiving in 2024. Service was attentive and friendly, food was very good. We opted for an earlier dinner at 2:00 PM, as we knew it would be a filling meal. The atmosphere was peaceful and pleasant. I would have personally enjoyed hearing music other than Christmas music on Thanksgiving, but hey, that's just me. I don't like to rush to the next holiday while enjoying the current one. I enjoyed all the traditional Thanksgiving foods and my husband selected filet mignon for his entre. Although he had to send the filet back to be cooked more to his liking, he found it delicious and tender when cooked well-done. We opted for an earlier dinner at 2:00 PM, as we knew it would be a filling meal. The atmosphere was peaceful and pleasant. I would have personally enjoyed hearing music other than Christmas music on Thanksgiving, but hey, that's just me. I don't like to rush to the next holiday while enjoying the current one.

I like Panache very much, but the last 2 times I've recently been there, the food took way too long to come out. Service was good (by the server). Food was good. Atmosphere was nice.
