Kayla was a server. She was very friendly and attentive. It was very busy but she kept checking with us to see if we needed anything and informing us as to the status of of food. Great place !

Food was exceptional as usual and Dwayne was a fantastic server. Very disappointed in the unfriendly welcome at the door. Not a good first impression but Dwayne more than made up for this. Love Panico’s!

Not as good as previous times. The lemon cello clams were not as vibrant tasting. The pork chop was too done - when asked for medium. The desserts tasted old and stale.

Overall the food was very good, they start you with a wonderful focaccia bread, my husband and I shared the bruschetta. There were 8 of us and my girlfriend and I both ordered the snapper special, it was very flavorful, but the fish itself was slightly overcooked. All the other entrees were very and the portion size is very nice. We have been there several times before and the experience is always very good overall.

We were a party of six for dinner and a birthday celebration. On the positive side, we were seated promptly and menus were distributed as well as an explanation of the evening specials. Water was served and an ice bucket provided for the champagne (it’s a BYO which is also a plus). When asked, flutes were provided for the bubbly. Orders were taken and the conversation flowed. Our appetizers arrived in a timely fashion. Some of the group had shared calamari and salad plates , my wife had a pizza and I the New England style clam chowder filled with delicious clams. The only negative was that literally 3 minutes after my soup arrived my pork shank Osso Bucco with pappardelle was delivered to the table. I looked at the waitstaff for an explanation and was told that they didn’t know when the appetizers would be ready?????? No further explanation given nor was an offer to take away my entree and bring it back at an appropriate time. This was totally unacceptable and no real apologies offered. Our birthday celebration continued but it’ll be a while before we think of returning
