Moving from LA, I often find myself feeling underwhelmed by the food scene in Denver. However, my family and I recently visited a stunning new restaurant in the area, and it completely changed our perspective. With every dish we tried, we couldn’t help but express our delight—each bite left us saying "wow!" It was such a wonderful experience that I truly recommend this place to anyone looking for something special.

Our experience at Pasque was outstanding. Convenient location to the Convention Center area. Truly unique concept & décor. The food was exceptional. Great recommendations by the staff and superbly prepared by the Chefs. The service was excellent. I would highly recommend.

Service, ambiance, and drinks were great but the food was bland and not worth the money. Maybe I missed the concept of the restaurant but the ingredients, while fresh, felt like they were served simply cooked but unseasoned. Some of the items like the lobster toast included ingredients like celery root that made it taste cheap and not elevated like they were hoping for.
