Patron Restaurant is a Parisian style brasserie offering a carefully selected list of fine French wines & boutique cocktails alongside France’s most iconic dishes cooked over wood fire.

Dinner menu includes classic signature dishes like the crispy duck confit with red wine reduction, hand-cut steak tartare, garlic snails and modern twists such as deep fried dauphinois with sriracha mayonnaise, oysters topped with champagne eggs and plates piled high with guilt-free chocolate mousse.

The atmosphere is romantic, friendly and full of authentic French charm, with intimate bistro tables, handmade curved marble-top bar, new large dining room with period features, 1920's spirit lounge & Parisian outdoor terrace.

Tables are also available to book for larger groups as well as birthday parties, wedding receptions, photo shoots & private events for up to 120 guests. Set menus, canapé selections, bespoke catering options and event extras like an oyster bar or champagne tower available.

Wonderful French onion soup followed by a monkfish main dish with crusty bread to enjoy the sauce. Had a glass of red wine at happy hour price before 6 that was good. A neighborhood gem with great food. The food was nicely cooked with flair, and good value, worth traveling to Kentish Town for a nice bistro/ intimate restaurant meal.

From the wonderfully winter-lit frontage, to the beautifully curated interior, in its very tastefully varied forms, you ask, can the food and service possibly hope to match this? Well, it most certainly does. Please don’t make the rash mistake I did, and worry the menu isn’t extensive enough. Also do not leave without at least looking at the huge bowl of chocolate mouse, and try to resist it when you do. Oh, and the duck and the onion soup, are off the clock. As are the dauphinois (starter AND side).

Love Patron, the food is always amazing and the ambience too. It is definitely worth the drive or train trip up there.

It’s a charming restaurant with great service but the food was mediocre and the chips worse than Mac Donald’s! Definitely not good value for money as the menu seemed pretentious but not meeting the expectations that it created!

Hi Helen. I am shocked to hear about your experience - the duck confit you had is our signature dish. We take our food very seriously, so I wish we could have resolved this on the night for you. Our menu is short, seasonal, and with produce delivered daily, it changes regularly with dishes cooked from only the freshest ingredients. If you do decide to dine with us again, I sincerely hope we can make it up to you.

Absolutely lovely experience at patron ruined by extremely rude manager. We were asked to leave the restaurant at 10.20pm on the Monday before Christmas. No notice given when we booked or when we arrived. We would not have booked had we known. And while there may have been good reason to be asked to leave, the rudeness and tone of the manager means we will not be returning to Patron. Such a shame. Completely unnecessary rudeness.

Hi Fiona. I understand you were asked to leave 20 minutes past our closing time, which you were made aware of multiple times. I can see that you'd had your table for nearly 3 hours at that point, which is more than the allocated 2 hours as per your booking confirmation. The manager has explained to us that you were upset about having your time with your friends cut short, which we understand and sincerely apologise for. We are taking your feedback seriously and will be reviewing our festive closing times for the future.

Beautiful restaurant, very cosy, service was friendly and quick. The food was really good as were the cocktails and we didn’t wait long for it to come to the table. Only criticism was the background music was a bit loud, but French so authentic! We definitely recommend this little gem in Kentish Town.
