Paula's on Main, in Fort Wayne, is a contemporary and elegant restaurant serving fresh seafood with delectable preparations in its casual and relaxing eatery. The boursin cheese medallion with crostini and raspberry chipotle sauce and the beer-steamed and seasoned peel-n-eat shrimp with cocktail sauce make tantalizing starter options. Some of Paula's on Main's specialty entrée dishes include the crab-stuffed whitefish with dill-caper hollandaise, the Thai tilapia in a crispy sesame crust with a Thai-spiced tartar sauce, the Alaskan king crab legs with drawn butter and the blackened salmon topped with a bleu cheese glaze, all made even better paired with wine. Handhelds like the Baja fish tacos and tilapia fish sandwich with jalapeno tartar make great casual options.Not in the mood for seafood? Really good experience. We were concerned that there would be changes in this classic Fort Wayne restaurant due to change in ownership. No need to worry. It’s just as great as always. Excellent food and great service. We will continue to go there

We met friends there for our Christmas party gathering. Food was amazing as always! Best seafood in the area.

We had a fabulous evening at Paula’s. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The service was exceptional!

First time at Paula's and when we drove up the restaurant I was a little hesitate. Once inside you will find a clean old building with character and charm. I had the best fried oysters since I was in the South 10 years ago. They were excellent. Nice menu of fish and other seafood. My entre was the combo platter. The scallops and the crab cake were very good. The almond crusted fish (I think it Walleye?) was ok. My side was the mashed potatoes which were good but a bit dry. I would suggest a slab of butter on top since there are no other toppings. Overall very good experience. We plan to return so I would recommend Paula's.

Teriyaki Salmon is tasty and served hot. Clam chowder thick and filled with veggie and clams. Fish and chips are about as good as it gets. Good atmosphere and quiet. Expect a big bill. It's expensive.

Overall it was a very nice evening. Food was excellent. My only comment would be I wish they would have a wider variety of oysters.
