Cocktails are great and well made, pizza great! Lobster Ravioli very good, pappardelle pasta was a bummer, they were out of the noodle and substitute linguine without asking, would have definitely ordered something else! Terribly slow is my biggest complaint, in a world where staff is tough I get it but there’s no sense of urgency to get cocktails at the bar, because there are only 4 people for the bar and restaurant, wait staff etc! We stayed in the hotel and enjoyed it and happy hour!

Firstly, the restaurant was pretty empty and they sat us in a small spaced table right next to the restrooms. I suspect it was the waiter's first night because he knew nothing about any specials (I had to walk to the entrance to read the blackboard with him). We ordered, and he brought out our salad and meal together. I then noticed that the tables filling in around us were getting bread and oils. I asked our waiter if we were supposed to get bread and he said "let me check," then disappeared for 10 minutes. I then asked him at least 4 more times where our bread was and he looked dazed and disappeared again and again. Our meals were finished so the bread was no longer needed and I then asked for more water. I never got it. I saw our waiter walking around aimlessly so another waiter came to clear our table (this waiter also took on two other tables for our untrained waiter) and we asked for the bill. While the food was very good, it was tepid temperature. Even if it was this waiter's first night, common sense did not apply.

We went on a quiet evening before a show. Waiter was courteous and pretty prompt with our orders. No real ambience, but we were off the hotel lobby. That was expected!!

A nice hotel restaurant: location inside the Hilton Garden Inn. The morning vegetable omelette was a four-egg one with vegetables and mozzarella. The whole branzino fish was fresh at dinner. A 20% tip is automatic. Not crowded.

The food was amazing! Service was fair - reservations were not being honoured - hostess was extremely flustered Elevator up to restaurant not working and stairwell was locked - took service elevator - lots of ppl complaining in the line outside of restaurant made us almost go elsewhere glad we stayed to eat the food though
