Perry’s First Virginia Location is now open in Richmond!     Food was fabulous! Priced fairly young staff needs more experience in fine dining. Way too many tables , too loud. This type of dining should be more quiet and personal. The atmosphere was more of any chain restaurant instead of one of fine dining.

    The steak was incredible, but the atmosphere tainted the whole experience. We were in a pretty secluded spot- in a nook with only one table beside us- but it was still so loud that we couldn’t hear each other. We won’t go back

    Gracie was our server and she was amazing. My son, mother, and I went for a nice meal since my son had finished his first semester at UVA. We had the Friday porkchop special and my mom had the senior filet meal, We started with the BBQ bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer which my son said was the best shrimp dish he’d ever had. My son had the French onion soup and my mom and I shared a wedge. Everything was very flavorful. We had eaten at Perry’s a couple times previously and you can’t get a better porkchop. It’s got a caramelized “crust of deliciousness on the outside and even the lunch portion is huge. My mother loved her filet. Even the mashed potatoes were fluffy and creamy. For dessert, my son got the crunch tower and my mom and I split the D’Angelo table side flamed dessert. We really had an incredible meal. Gracie was lovely and was very patient with special requests. Thank you, Gracie!!! What a great personality—very endearing. Thank you, Perry’s!!

    Phenomenal and outstanding service for our first visit. Everything from the food, the waitress the server, even the Valet attendant was superb. The only exception that I will make is that I felt a little claustrophobic due to the tables being so close together. Other than the one exception, I really enjoyed the experience. I know that some people would disagree, but I honestly think that Perry's steaks are better than Ruth Chris. There I said it.......

    Excellent ambience and a very polite and professional team. Our server, Nicole, was courteous and extremely kind. She was very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious! We will return.

    Had a good experience except we put on our reservation we were celebrating a special occasion and when we got there we were put very close to two other couples. Hard to hear each other. We asked for a more private table so we could enjoy being together and celebrating however the restaurant could not accommodate. It was a little disappointing.
