The service was horrible! Food was luke warm, but the plates were scalding hot, which told me it sat under heat lamps for way too long and it tasted like it had sat under heat lamps . Our server never cleared a glass, we had to ask for our drinks. we still had appetizers plates on our table at the end of dinner. After eating we had to go find our server again after waiting for her to come around with our bill for a good 10 to 15 minutes after we were done eating she never checked on us our anything! When she came to the table, I said please just take my bill and pay for it and come right back. She had an attitude. She argued with me kept telling me that they were busy. There was literally like eight tables in the whole joint on a Saturday at 5 o’clock and she wanted to tell me it was busy and when I looked around and laughed, she said we we’re on a wait. I said why all these tables are open she said because we’re short staffed which she made excuses all night long and at that point, why is she even arguing with me when she knows I had horrible service because she was my server? Seriously doubt I’ll be back was very disappointed in the pricing, the food and the service.

Atmosphere is wonderful. Great location to meet friends and catch up. Server was phenomenal. Service in general was slow. Highly recommend planning extra time to receive food and drinks. Serves ample time to catch up and enjoy the company.

They were able to seat our party of 6 a half hour early when I called. Outstanding service as well

This was my first disappointing visit to this facility after attending it for many years. The table they sat us at to start was dirty and there was food on the floor under some of the chairs. The food all came out cold and the portions on Pepper Steak and KP Chicken was terribly small. I know it was end of day, but we were there to celebrate my daughter’s receiving of her Master’s Degree. I’ll never return there again as the wait staff attitude was horrendous and NEVER did the manager on staff come to see us. This used to be considered a nice restaurant but this one experience has turned us off. I’ll spend my $300 elsewhere next time.

It took a while between our soup and our entree. We were out on a date night and we got placed at a table in the middle of the restaurant where it was difficult to hear. Next time I would specifically request a booth on the side.
