   Service was slow considering the fact that it was not that busy, we waited at least 10 minutes before someone cleared our starters (although staff clearly saw that we've finished) , no one checked on us if our food is ok or not. The summer rolls starters were tasteless and not very enjoyable, the only thing we were able to taste was the mint unfortunately. My fish main was good and tasty but my friend's pho was lacking flavours and he couldn't even finish the broth, we ended up going to a Japanese after finished our mains as we wanted to have something nice to eat. We've had food here before and absolutely loved it, although after this experience I doubt we'd rush back.

   I absolutely love Pho and we’re starting to go regularly every month or two. We adore the spring rolls (veggie and the prawn ones are favs but they also do chicken and ‘fake’ chicken). The calamari starter is simply the very best in Edinburgh. Super tender and seasoned to perfection. I also love their Morning Glory starter. And that’s just the starters!!!! 🫶😋

   It was my friends first experience having Pho and this was a great place for it! Food was delicious and service was fast and courteous

   Excellent service, allergies noted and catered for very helpfully. Food was fresh and tasty and very reasonable price

   Food was excellent. I had booked a table for three - myself and two of my friends dining. We were seated promptly on arrival. Restaurant was quiet then with only a few diners. It did get busier as time went on but the staff remained attentive and friendly. One of my friends and I ordered summer rolls as a starter. They were fresh and delicious. For mains one of us had wok fried noodles, the other two had the classic curry with tofu and vegetables served with broken rice. All three dishes were flavoursome, generously portioned and very filling. We had desserts as well. I had the pandan waffle with vanilla ice cream, one friend had the chocolate waffle/vanilla ice cream and my other friend had raspberry sorbet. All delicious. When in Edinburgh, we will definitely dine there again. Prices for dishes were good with the average main dish around £14. Great staff, great atmosphere, great food. Thank you, Pho!

   Excellent food. A minor mix up with our order was rectified and we carried on with a wonderful meal. Will deffo go again.

   Good choice of vegan food. My crispy spring roll starter with peanut sauce was very tasty and so was the tofu noodles but the tofu was a bit on the salty side for me. Excellent service but it wasn't busy as we had an early lunch. Waiters very polite and friendly.
