We want to Welcome you to the Phoenix Bourbon Room. We offer a
blend of rustic charm and modern elegance, perfect for a relaxed evening after
exploring the city. The low lighting and wooden accents create a cozy atmosphere that
invites you to unwind. Our food speaks for itself when we say there are no wrong choices. We smoke our brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and meat loaf in house. We take pride in our meats and how we prepare them.

Our Bourbon Selection is one of the Largest in the state. We offer hard-to-get bourbons, whiskies, and scotches.

Every Saturday from 5pm-8pm we offer Bourbon tastings free of charge for all our guests eating in our restaurant. We fly out reps to educate and allow our guests to taste sought after and even rare liquor from some of the world's most popular companies. Some include Sazerac Pappy Van Winkle, Whistle pig, Angels Envy, Macallan, Glenlivet, Elijah Craige, Uncle Nearest, and so much more!

Service was extremely slow Even though the place was not busy. The food came out slow then the staff looked annoyed we were there after close when our food didn’t come out for 40min. We wanted 2 bourbons that were unavailable- when it’s a bourbon based bar. Overall it was mediocre and not a place we’d return

If we could give it one star, we would. We had a reservation before a show. We tried calling 12 times to let them know we were going to be a few minutes late even though our reservation had a 15-minute grace period. No one answered the phone- not once. We arrived 5 minutes late and there was a line out the door for the host. We waited 10 minutes to get close enough to try to check-in and were told by the couples at the front that they’d been waiting 20 minutes and no one had greeted them, and they had a reservation even earlier that ours. Finally, a couple walked out who had just finished, and they said the restaurant informed them they were no longer serving food for the evening. All of us left, and we will not be back. We had a pretzel outside the arena for dinner before the show because of this, and it totally put a damper on the evening.

They overbooked or had a complete issue with hosting and taking reservations. A lot of people had the same time reservations and it was chaos for dinner time.

Didn’t get seated because there were maybe 8 other parties with reservations that never got seated. Embarrassingly ran restaurant.

They over booked and were not able to accommodate our reservation. We had to go somewhere else even though we made this reservation in advance.

My wife and I spent 1.5 hours there for dinner on a Saturday evening and we never saw our food. We canceled our order. We will not be returning and I would advise anyone else to steer clear as well.

TOTAL RESTAURANT MELTDOWN- too much to explain, but in a nutshell- Hoards of people waiting hours who had reservations then after being sat (getting drinks and ordering food so another half hour or so) waitstaff reported the kitchen was backed up, no food for at least 2 hours. No one had food that we could see. Host was rude on the occasion he would come up front- bartenders were great- waitstaff frustrated. Host continued to seat people with menus and not tell them kitchen would not make ANY food.

This restaurant is going to fail if it does not hire a manager or someone who knows how to run a restaurant. We had a reservation and so did about 30 other people that showed up to no hostess or manager and the restaurant was full of people that had been waiting an hour plus for food. The wait staff did their best but it was a complete disaster and almost everyone there had tickets to a show or other event and had no choices and had to leave to make the show. Food showed up as we were leaving after two hours. The worst experience I have had at a restaurant

I made a reservation for 5:45. We arrived at 5:45 to a long line out the door. Apparently, most of the line was also waiting on their reservation. It took nearly 15 minutes to even check in, as one person was manning the hostess station and was rarely there. Communication was severely lacking as people with reservations after ours were being seated. We were finally seated over 30 min past our reservation time. Then, we waited another 15 minutes before we left, as we never even saw a server, for even a water. 2 tables next to us, who were there before we sat down still had not been approached by a server.

Will never try again. Had a reservation 2.5 hours before an event across the street. Took over 20 minutes to be addressed as there was only one person seating parties. We waited 90 minutes for food then had to leave for the event. No attempt was made to address this while we waited. As we were departing, the food arrived, cold and with incorrect items. The manager was really rude about taking the food - that we didn’t eat because we were literally walking out the door - off the bill and made no other attempts to rectify the experience. The food looked terrible and like it had sat a while, but was cold to the touch. The server was nice but spread way too thin and could not be attentive.
