    The we Octopus for $79 was horrible. It was tough and no taste The salads were not good Buratta was good Salads snd mains were brought out together Nit impressed. Will not be returning

    While the food was excellent , the ambiance was terrible. We were seated on the main floor in a room with 3 other tables. Four young girls at the table closest to us were so loud that we were unable to have a conversation with our friends. There also was a couple using their cell phone flashlights to read the menu. Not a problem in itself but they held them so that the lights kept shining in our eyes. The background music played by the restaurant was dreadful and much too loud. We have thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant in the past but I doubt we will return.

    Piano piano is the spot I go to when I am craving pasta or pizza. The canastri with the vodka sauce is sooooo good! I always think about it lol. The burrata and calamari was really good as well. John at the bar always provides such amazing service (give that man a raise!).

    Menu could use an overhaul. Old paper not pleasant to use. Hard to follow. Time for an upgraded menu. Meal was good nothing to rave about. Interior is old and it was cold in the front room Overall we enjoyed ourselves.

    Wonderful as expected, all our selections were happiness on a plate. We took advantage of the Happy Hour Menu, several great selections, Shrimp Cocktail, prosciutto 2 ways. Enjoyed the Margarita Pizza, before tucking into Eggplant Parmigiano, Meatballs with homemade Bread, Rigatoni Alfredo, and Ravioli Bolognese. We ended our dinner with Affogato, finite. The Outstanding Chef and Staff make this night out a A beautiful experience.

    I had a $75 gift certificate purchased from Anycard for Piano Piano. A birthday gift from my daughter that consisted of a QR code that went into my Apple Wallet. Piano Piano refused to honour it - said it required an “authorization code” on top of the QR Code. No clue as to what that might be. A not so happy birthday!

    Good food, good service. Difficult to find parking in the area. I was served tea in a cup with so much lipstick smeared on the rim I thought for a moment it was a design on the mug.

    We always have a great experience at Piano Piano. Food, ambiance and service always so great. Last night we were dining before attending a holiday dance performance. After we ordered our meals - there was an extensive power outage that impacted many streets, and unfortunately the restaurant lost power as well. The servers were very helpful and kind in this situation, as they couldn't cook or prepare any of the hot dishes. They did provide us with yummy bread and some cold appetizers. Although it wasn't the meal we expected - we were very impressed with how the staff managed this challenge. We will be back:) Josh was our server and he was great!

    Ok the pastas weren’t to die for, but portions were decent and noodles all fresh and cooked well. What I can vouch for was the kids cheese pizza - huge and tasty. The Caesar salad so yumm. Nonna’s meatballs are recommended, the sauce is the bomb, and get a few pieces of focaccia to dunk. Carrot cake was nice too! Night skip the olives next time. Service was wonderful. And by chance we were given our own room, the “zebra room”, really great. Also gave us a bit of privacy as we had two little girls with us (maybe that was their plan haha). The music seemed a bit off from what we might expect in terms of ambience, but it was really good for the little girls, so ended up working in our favour.
