    We sat outside in the Courtyard. There were plenty of heaters so it was very comfortable. Started with a Caesar salad followed by the braised short rib cannelloni And shrimp papparedelle. Very tasty.

    Piatti's has been a reliable favorite for decades, but lately seems to be losing some of its charm and quality focus. I was there with my wife and another couple we invited for dinner on New Year's Day. The food was flavorful, but very poorly presented, lukewarm and low-effort. The service was awkward and very average. My wife's pizza was undercooked as were my ravioli, which were barely re-heated and slopped onto the plate without the slightest garnish. The one delicious exception is their dipping sauce, which is still exceptional. Other than the dipping sauce and the ambience, it was a deeply unsatisfactory meal, especially for the cost. I was very embarrassed to have selected Piatti's for this special dinner, which was a total surprise to me. I was doubly embarrassed when my guest paid the bill! Maybe everyone who works there was just hung over from the night before. Unfortunately we won't be back again until and if our curiosity gets the better of us. I would normally recommend without hesitation. I now recommend with caution.

    Great food and ambience!! I took my parents here when they came to visit. We had a wonderful time. Service was excellent.

    First dining experience and it was great. The staff were courteous and the food was delicious. We will definitely return.
