   Our party was staying the Banyan Tree hotel which is located on the Pictograma vineyard. The location is stunning. The wine tasting experience, however, was not. We had a 5 pm reservation and arrived slightly late at 510 pm. The lady who was in charge of the tasting appeared at first to not know of our reservation and then immediately said we close at 6 pm. There were dirty glasses on the tables and a gentleman who also worked there clicking away on the table next to us obviously doing some business activities for the winery which did not present a welcoming atmosphere. The lady tho knowledgeable about the wines, presented them quickly and then walked away each time and disappeared each time even tho we were the only tasters in the room. We were never offered food to pair with the wine and at the end of our experience we had to track someone down to pay. The lady had never come back to take the check for our group. Wine was ok, but the service was anything but hospitable.

   Incredible architecture with delicious wines! I wanted to buy more bottles but they were at bit pricey for a vineyard. Overall, an excellent and informative tasting! A bit hard to find but worth the search!

   En la cata nos dejaban mucho tiempo solos y esperábamos a que regresar a servirnos otra copa y explicarnos que nos estábamos tomando , esperaba una mejor experiencia y no pagamos la cata más barata.

   Excellent experience, no wait time, excellent customer service. My boyfriend and I did the cacao tasting, the best chocolate ganache! Wine tasting was fun and explanatory. Of course the aesthetics and ambience is perfect for a photo shoot.

   Excelente y diferente opción. Es chico el lugar pero vale mucho la pena. El vino es delicioso. Lo mejor de los viñedos que conocí

   Beautiful wine tasting experience. Service was amazing , learning was great, if o can do any suggestion is maybe change the faucets for the sinks for a shorter version so water won’t spill. But totally worth it. The withering wines were my favorites

   Wine quality was ok. I was expecting more in regard to value, Quality and quantity. I don’t think the experience is worth it.

   Amazing winery! Daniel was extremely knowledgeable about the terroir and the various wine regions they source their granache from. We enjoyed the experience very much. Highly recommend. Was easy to find on google maps. Outstanding architecture.

    This is only wine tasting. Daniel did a great job in his presentation. He was very knowledgeable. There is not much else to do there. Place was hard to find.
