                                                                    The food was not good at all. The only reason for the 1 start was the Al pastor meat in the tacos if not it would be a zero star. The agua Fresca was just sugar water with flavoring dumped into no real fruit used in it at all. Waitress never came by to see if we needed refills on drinks had to wave her down just to get her attention. The atmosphere was great.

                                                                    Having been to a Pink Taco in Los Angeles, which I loved, I was excited to try this one in NYC. Food and service here solid, friendly staff. However, the music was unnecessarily loud and we had a guest with hearing loss who could not use his hearing aids due to the noise level. It took MULTIPLE requests to get the music turned down to still be loud enough to hear but still be able to have conversations. Once the music was adjusted, it was a pleasant experience. One staff member told it was corporate policy not to change the level of the music. We found that difficult to believe.

Was expecting much better since it was rated highly as a fun place in OpenTable service was minimum was OK but not great. Food was OK but not great. Guacamole was good. I think if I were not expecting it to be sprayed so highly I would give it a slightly better score but who knows

                                                                    Food was excellent! Service was not the best, our server was not helpful when we had questions about the menu. Asked for sour cream after our meal was served and it took over 5 minutes for it to arrive. And although we told them we were celebrating a birthday, no special recognition was acknowledged. But, our dinners were delicious.

                                                                    Horrible experience! The server never came to the table to check if we needed refills or anything extra. He then proceeded to overcharge my credit card and pocket the cash meant to be towards the bill! $172 for tacos! Management ran my card again without listening to us again! Food is good but server was absolutely awful!
