This was a disappointing experience. The service, ambiance, and wine were good, however my entree was disappointing, and the menu was very limited. The place bills itself as an Italian restaurant, however there was only one pasta dish on the menu. My disappointing entree was braciola on polenta with mixed vegetables. The braciola was tasteless. I asked for red chile flakes. That didn't help. The chocolate desert was the best part of the meal.

We ate there on "Prime Rib" night which include their loaded baked potato. Service was attentive and the overall experience and food was good.

Underwhelming tonight. The server was super busy. I wish the menu was larger. No interest in the buffet. For a hotel that is a dog friendly, a dog menu would be nice. ;-) I ordered a burger patty for my dog which didn’t seem to be a problem. My cocktail was delicious. I had the sushi which was pretty good, but I asked for no eel sauce. Better service and menu are needed are overall.

My wife and I went for dinner and our experience was very pleasant. We knew they were busy from thanksgiving dinner and that the service was going to be slow, but we were fine with that and understandable. The server comp our drinks even thou she didnt have to. The food was very tasty and the portions were just perfect. Overall our experience was very pleasant and we look forward to returning again for dinner

In general the food was sub-par. Lamb came out raw (but was removed from from final check), the rest of the food was cold when it finally came out of the kitchen. The wait staff was spread too thin and therefore, service took forever in a restaurant that was not crowded on a holiday.

This was the worst Thanksgiving ever. Alot of the food was left over from brunch. Stale formerly frozen bagels. The turkey was cold and inedible. There was no prime rib- there was COLD tri tip. One potato choice. One vegetable choice. No salad bar. Deserts were obviously frozen Sysco products. Never in my life would I expect a sysco $80/person buffet in a Westin Resort. It was absolutely horrendous. We were out in 20 mins. Not one of the many managers loitering at the host desk asked us how it was when we left so abruptly. Oh and no attention to detail- markers for the Lemon Curd parfait said “Lemon Cured parfait”. Another item was labeled “no dairyn gluten”. I THINK it meant no dairy or gluten. But there could be a subtype of gluten “dairyn gluten” I am unaware of. Horrendous. Unacceptable. Embarrassing to me as i took a guest.
