Pizzeria Bianco started in 1988 in the back of a Phoenix neighborhood grocery store. Since then, owner and chef Chris Bianco has revolutionized artisanal pizza. Winner of the 2003 James Beard Award for Best Chef: Southwest, Bianco was also named one of Zagat's six chefs who changed pizza. He creates specialty pizzas that include the Sonny Boy with fresh mozzarella, salami and olives, the Wiseguy with wood-roasted onion, house-smoked mozzarella and fennel sausage, and the Biancoverde with mozzarella, parmesan, ricotta and arugula.Pizzeria Bianco is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday.

Had an absolutely brilliant lunch here! Sat at the bar and was looked after by Meagan. She was great! Lots of suggestions with the menu and very personable. She even gave a few suggestions on where to tour later. The pizza was fantastic. Such a good crust with crispy char bubbles, and soft toothsome spots! Quality ingredients make for wonderful flavours. I tried the Sonny Boy & the Biancoverde. Both were mind bending delicious! Thanks to the whole Bianco team....can't wait to come back!!

The mozzarella is unbelievable and had the seasonal market salad which was fantastic. Pizzas are heavenly and so light.

Sought this place out due to the Netflix show and it was well with it! Quite casual and relaxed, “rustic” finishings but clean and comfortable. Pizza was fabulous, much like our experiences in Italy. Server was great, attentive but not intrusive, good balance of being around while giving us space. Other staff were friendly also. We are from Canada, visiting, or we’d make a habit of going there. Highly recommended.

Great experience and worth the wait. Our only mild objection was the seemingly high wine price per glass vis a vis the wine quality. Save that a memorable meal and dining experience.

I think they forgot our order, others who showed up after us got pizza way before we did. The waiter didn't check on us and it was loud sitting inside. Very disappointing.

I’ve been wanting a reason to go here and finally had one as a friend was visiting from out of town. Looking forward to going back to try a couple of their other pizzas. I won’t wait until a special occasion for my next visit.

Not a expert but I love pizza! Same level as the very best I've experienced in NY. All good and make it worth the effort to get a table at these high level pizza restaurants.
