I never want to write a bad review, so don’t want to make it seem bad, because food is always good, but the past two times i’ve gone to this location the service has not been great. Slow, not really attentive and some things we ordered were forgotten.

We always enjoy Planta. The food is creative and tasty. The vibe is really good and the location is perfect. The only challenge we ever find is that the service is inconsistent. We're pretty sure it's the waitress forgot about us for a while.

Really good Vegan spot. Felt like they were trying to rush us out at the end even though there were plenty of tables available. Overall friendly though. Great date spot.

I was really looking forward to celebrating my birthday at Planta, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what I hoped for. The service was bad, and our server was dry and dismissive throughout the meal, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. We arrived around 2:30 PM and were handed a happy hour menu, which was odd given the time. When we tried to order a drink and mentioned we didn’t mind waiting until 3 PM to receive it, the server curtly informed us it couldn’t be done—even though it was already so close to 3. To make matters worse, after serving us some hot appetizers, the server casually mentioned that due to “kitchen mechanical issues,” we could only order sushi moving forward.no attempt to accommodate us or explain further. It felt like the staff wasn’t prepared to handle the situation professionally. The one plate we managed to order was good, but the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially on a special day like my birthday. Sadly, I won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

Food was delicious as always. All 3 small plates were served at same time after we asked to have them spaced out. Service remains subpar. Better training of Hostess and Servers is required.
