We had an incredible meal. The arancini was dynamite! They got our eggs perfect and were just so pleasant.

Poeta is truly a gem and one of my absolute favorites in Austin. Ian and his incredibly talented team consistently deliver an exceptional dining experience. The food is nothing short of extraordinary, with a menu that evolves beautifully to showcase the freshest, seasonal ingredients at their peak. Every visit is a journey of creativity and flavor that leaves a lasting impression. The food is largely made from scratch, breads pastas and cheeses which is amazing. It’s also locally owned which is great. Been twice so far and could see myself going routinely, the staff is very pleasant and the food is amazing.

Unbelievable food, service, and ambiance. There were only two of us so go with more people to try more dishes!! Everything was incredible. Service and style of space was very chic.

Great little Italian spot on a lively block. We had the Striped Bass and the Gnocchi and enjoyed both. Service was outstanding.

Good service. A little more detail on the food itself and the portion size for the item, would be helpful. The liver dish was our favorite. Could use more toast points to even out the ratio. The Chicken Milanese was beautiful to look at, the salad topping delicious, the chicken crust and sauce super yummy, but the chicken itself was grayish, stringy and inedible.

What a beautiful spot, with EXCELLENT food, wow. I took my team of 7 there and we ordered all the things, including apps (the grilled cauliflower!!), pastas galore (they also offer GF options), and 3 different desserts - everything was fantastic, you won't be disappointed.
