This is a hands-on, interactive experience class. You will be taught how to make hand-rolled semolina dough from scratch, then transforming that dough into amazing pasta including Cavatelli, Orecchiette, and fun other shapes! There will be a dinner to follow with the pasta we made and family style antipasto. It is a BYOB establishment, we recommend a nice red as nothing is better than making pasta and drinking wine. Getting a NYC authentic, creative delicious gourmet tasting menu in my hometown of park ridge, nj, was the greatest gift this town could give. Easy, friendly, cozy setting - then the six course tasting menu sent me over the edge & to the moon. Transformative evening. Tastebud explosion with accomplished owners & chef. Maybe the most innovative thing to happen to Park Ridge ever!!

Great experience. First time but definitely NOT OUR LAST TIME. Host and hostess are terrific. Great concept of small plate foods. Chef and star are great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great experience, can’t wait to come again when the menu flips. We opted as well for the additional Filet, and that was well worth it.

Was a fantastic experience for our family of amateur foodies. The 6-course tasting menu was beautifully balanced and creative, with generous portions and gorgeous presentation. We added on 6 oysters and the filet, which was amazing. The service was lovely, with each dish explained as it was served. Will definitely return!

This was a really fun experience with creative and delicious food. The service was well timed and overall we enjoyed the reservation. Since the menu changes regularly, we will be back!

New menu every 3 weeks. It’s a set price for their tasting menu and you will leave happy and stuffed. Everything is so well run and fresh. My husband said he’s never tasted oysters that good in his life! Highly recommend!
