                                                                                                  Fabulous food, great flavours. The chaats packed s punch, wow! Delicious. The tandoori poussin was a meal for two in itself, served on spicy roast potatoes, and a small chicken, not a poussin, great flavours. The saag aloo wasn't your 'run of the mill' but lovely. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for Indian and not pseudo or anglicised Indian. The staff were very good, helpful, friendly and efficient.

                                                                                                  I went with a friend for dinner. It’s a hotel restaurant and was not very busy at all! But at least you could hear each other speaking. The waiters and waitresses were polite and attentive. We had the golgappa, chicken byriani, tarka daal and garlic naan. All very tasty, especially the byriani which was nearly as good as my mum’s! I would definitely go again.

                                                                                                  2 of us eating, one quite enjoyed her butter chicken, I had the fish curry and it was bland and lacked seasoning. The fish just seemed to have been dropped into a generic sauce.

                                                                                                  Not the dining experience - set menu we booked. No seafood or fish curry. Food bland after being warned it would be spicy - no warmth form spices and luke warm at best. Lamb curry was tough and barely warm. No one checked on us and we were also cold due to external doors being open with staff member complaining it was cold. We closed the doors. Beer menu online is wrong. Beer took ages and no one let us know keg being changed and yet another trip to find out what was happening. Staff standing about chatting and ignoring diners. Restaurant felt unfinished - woodwork partially painted and corridor scruffy with leaves blown in and grotty toilet. Tried to discuss with staff and it took up too much time given we have travelled 9 hours to meet a friend for a catch up and meal. So disappointed.

                                                                                                  Food was good - mains were nice. Think it’s more of a casual dining place. I did mention it was a special occasion but nothing was done for this like a small dessert or something.
