Owned by a trio of talented chefs, the menus at Prima Italia were developed to offer patrons authentic, contemporary Italian cuisine. The highest quality raw ingredients, such as eggs from Happy Egg based in Rogers, AR, who also supply Michelin starred restaurants in New York and Los Angeles, are used to create fresh pasta daily. The pasta is made using equipment by Imperia & Monfeṙṙina imported directly from Asti, Italy. Breads are sourced locally from Harvest Moon Bakery.

We are excited for Fort Smith to experience our cuisine in this beautiful space!

    Steak was average and over priced. Lasagna was warm at best. Nice atmosphere but too many people being loud

    Delicious dinner! The pasta was as fresh as described. Wine selection was nice as well. Hope to return again soon!

    Absolutely a must go and try. Everything else is just so good and the food is amazing too.

    Our server, Vincent (I think), was amazing! He discussed the new menu, had recommendations and promptly took care of our food and drinks! He is very personable and friendly! The food was outstanding! We had wonderful crab cakes to start, followed by my lasagna and my wife’s shrimp alfredo! The flavor and taste was out of this world! Chocolate cheese cake and ice cream with espresso ended the evening with a fantastic sweetness! I highly recommend this restaurant!

    We went to Prima Italio for our 43rd anniversary. Vincent and Tommy really went above and beyond to make it special. The dishes we ordered—Lasagna, Zuppa Tuscana, and the salad wedge—all were delicious, especially with that garlic-infused oil for the bread. And finishing with Tiramisu and coffee was perfect way to top off this special occasion in our marriage!

    Amazing dinner!!!! Every single time the dishes are perfect, the staff are very attentive and the atmosphere on the patio is beautiful!!

    For the price and being advertised as fine dining it was disappointing. I took friends for what I had hoped would be a special dinner but that wasn’t the case. The lasagna was dry in places and the 2 pasta dishes, one Alfredo seafood and the other marinara with meatballs were served warm but not hot. Also, for the small portions you expect more flavor. The meatballs were probably frozen from a package, not home made. Having lived in New York, it was apparent that the owner does know what he or she is doing. I wouldn’t normally be this candid but to pay nearly $200 for the dinner was ridiculous! The next day we went to a Mexican restaurant that was amazing for a fraction of the price.
