The service was amazing. Our waitress was very tentative and friendly. Hands down one of the best crab cakes ever!!!

The service was great and decorations were pretty! However, the wagyu experience was not worth it. You get about 4 oz / 5 pieces of Wagyu for $140-$180. One wagyu was yummy, the other was quite fatty. The other steaks were fine. Drinks were good. Server was very sweet. It was perfectly fine, just not a destination. Nothing bad to say, but I wouldn’t go back.

The food was immaculate. The ambiance was perfect. It is so beautiful in there and our seating was beyond perfect. Thank you for the hospitality

The place was slammed. Of course it was, it was Saturday night before christmas. Our server had his hands full, but he juggled effortlessly with a personality that was top notch! Drew was fantastic and the food as always was top notch!

Our dinner at Prime & Provisions was outstanding. We started with handcrafted cocktails, each made with a special twist. Our server Drew was exceptional. He was attentive and engaging, explaining the menu and making sure our glasses were never empty (including our teen who was enjoying Shirley Temples). Our food was superb. My husband and one of our daughters enjoyed steaks, another daughter and I went with the Dover sole with the most delicious beurre blanc sauce, and our youngest enjoyed an off menu hamburger that Drew told her about. The sides were a hit as well - the mashed potatoes should not be missed! We ended the evening with the sundae cart and the banana cream pie. My only complaint of the evening was that we waited 25 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. We had cocktails while we waited, but 25 minutes seemed a bit long to have to wait. After 15 minutes I expect a restaurant to offer a small apology - comp an app, offer an amuse bouche, just something to acknowledge the inconvenience. Once we were seated the wait time was quickly forgotten and we had a wonderful night.

From beginning to end of our meal, everything was amazing! Beautiful restaurant with upscale chic yet not stuffy vibe. Best service we’ve ever had. Presentation was impeccable and every course was delicious! We look forward to our next visit!

My Family and I dined there on 12-21-24. The setting is very attractive, service was good, and the entrees were well prepared. But the side portions that are shareable were small (served in the size of a coffee cup) and at $15 each they should have been a larger. Also the sides were all over seasoned mashed potatoes were covered in some kind of peppery crust, and the broccoli was way too garlicky. The salt and pepper is served in a small bowl mixed together so it is impossible to use just salt or just pepper. Also, buried in the bill was a 3.5% service fee. I see service fees at small businesses (deli's, small meat markets, etc.) but not at a pricey steak house. They will never see my face again. VERY POOR!
