   Lee and Bigga are so accommodating. They provide excellent service and make sure everything is ok during your experience there. The food is great. Try the cocktails, lemon pepper wings, lamb chops, and tacos for happy hour. Those are a few of my favorite happy hour bites.

   I’ve been going to Prime 39 in Lynbrook since they first opened! Now that they opened another one on Nautical Mile….I’ll be out there for Sure! That Spot is Awesome! Owners really know what they are doing and how to run a successful business! Much Love to Bigga!

   Went on Valentines day. Prime had a prefixed menu $85 per person appetizer, entree and desert. Appetizer was good nice portion size. Entree was a very small portion got a surf & turf. The biggest portion we got all night was desert. And everyone around us got their food before us and we ordered first. Our reservation was at 8 didnt leave till 9:45 and thats because our service was slow

   I made this reservation two months in advance for Valentine’s Day and I loved the menu they had the last time I was here. So it was a suprise to me that the whole menu had changed for this specific day when I intended on having my husband try the snapper. Anyhow it was fine we ordered the jerk lamb chops. However the service wasn’t great it took forever for someone to come and offer water and take our order. And when the foood came out my food came before the appetizers and me and my husband ordered the same thing and he didn’t get his food we had to wait a while he was only eating appetizers while I had my food and I was done and they didn’t even know he was still waiting till we called somebody over to tell them but that point my husband asked for his order to go. Then we get home and his jerk lamb chops are ruined because it’s overpowered with thyme. Really disappointed cause I was looking forward to showing my husband that this restaurant had really good food. He liked it when I gave him some of mine at the restaurant but when he went home to eat his it was rushed and spoiled.

   The experience I’ve had yesterday was absolutely fantastic, our server was Jaz she would always come by make sure everything is great. Food was great as well but didn’t like the dessert options they had but overall a 10/10

   Food was just ok……could have been hotter! Prime 39 is better in my opinion.

   Great place, the DJ was way too loud though we were yelling at our waitress to give our order.

   It was my first time there and went for my friend birthday, the food presentation was beautiful but when I went to look at my side of mashed potatoes it looked a little old. When I went to taste it the mashed potatoes was cold I told one of the servers and they took my plate when they brought it back to me it was the same mashed potatoes just microwaved. When I told.the server they did take care of it. Beautiful place just needs work on service and some of the food

    This was my first time going to this spot for brunch. The menu is limited, nothing spectacular but the drinks were on point. I felt like though our seating could’ve been much better. It felt like they stuck us in a corner downstairs so it was difficult to participate in the vibes that were going on upstairs and in the bar area. Overall it was ok but I don’t know if I would drive all the way from Connecticut again for it.
