                                                                                                        We had almost given up on finding great food at Niagra Falls, but then we came across Prime Steakhouse. The food there was absolutely delicious and we enjoyed the whole experience.

                                                                                                        Very expensive for the quality of food but the food was not bad. It was really the server who ruined the experience for my family and I. The server barely said two words to us until it came time for the bill. That’s when we saw her finally saw a glimpse of a smile and a shred of kindness as it was time for us to tip. Not at all what you would expect in this type of fine dining environment. I tipped because I felt I had to but I wouldn’t have tipped otherwise.

                                                                                                        It was packed on Friday. The Falls view table was a great place to see the Falls and the sites around town. Unfortunately, there was fog and snow that obscured the view. Our server was kind and as attentive as she could be given the crowd. There was a nice little wine list with some little gems if you’re familiar with the local wines. The rolls were warm and fresh. We ordered sours & turf. The medium rare steaks were medium. The lobster tail was tasty but not served with drawn butter or lemon. The asparagus side was tasty but cooled quickly at the table. A little noisy but the meal was enjoyable.

                                                                                                        I call the restaurant before make reservations and ask for window side table, I even accepted the extra charge for the seats but when we arrived they told me that the table was used for someone else! I don't understand what is the meaning about the reservation？ They text me the table was ready before one hour for the reservation. So we change the schedule because of them. But when we arrived and there was no table!!! Then they told ua first come first in！Ridiculous, disgusting service！After ordering, we waited almost an hour for our food to arrive! Not even an appetizer! What you call an appetizer that needs to be served with the main course?
