Welcome to Project Gigglewater, your go-to cocktail bar in Toronto’s Dundas West. Named after Prohibition-era slang for alcohol, we’re dedicated to crafting the city’s best cocktails! Enjoy creative and classic drinks paired with locally loved share plates, served late into the night.

Near Ossington, we’re a local favourite, offering inventive and timeless cocktails. Our menu features unique twists on old favourites and exciting new creations.

Nice ambience, louder music, but able to converse no problem. Drinks were outstanding, and food was excellent. I’d go back.

A gem when it comes to cocktails and ambiance. But the team has to stop repeating to the customers how long they have the table for. It is consistently the number one message repeated over and over. It just ruins the experience.

Drinks and service were top notch. Heads up though, if you’re bigger than a size 6 the booths are very tight. I ended up moving to a stool on the outside of the table and my skinnier friend took the booth.

Quick night cap was lovely and I adored being able to sit in the back of the booth and just watch my friends enjoying a drink I felt very showered in love ALSO the bartender brought us shots which honestly SO REAL! Loved the experience and love the bar!

Fantastic dining experience! We enjoyed the octopus, fries, and taco crudo—all were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was pleasant, not too noisy, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!

Very cozy cocktail bar with just the right vibes. The thursday feature is a steal and we also ordered other cocktails that also were delicious and did not disappoint. Cocktail flavours were well balanced and we will definitely want to come back and try other drinks and their food menu next time.

Project Gigglewater is always an excellent experience! The service is great, cocktails amazing, the food delicious! We were there at Xmas time, and everything is decked out for the holidays in the best way!
