Welcome to Project Gigglewater, your go-to cocktail bar in Toronto’s Dundas West. Named after Prohibition-era slang for alcohol, we’re dedicated to crafting the city’s best cocktails! Enjoy creative and classic drinks paired with locally loved share plates, served late into the night.

Near Ossington, we’re a local favourite, offering inventive and timeless cocktails. Our menu features unique twists on old favourites and exciting new creations.

                            Fantastic dining experience! We enjoyed the octopus, fries, and taco crudo—all were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was pleasant, not too noisy, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!

                            Very cozy cocktail bar with just the right vibes. The thursday feature is a steal and we also ordered other cocktails that also were delicious and did not disappoint. Cocktail flavours were well balanced and we will definitely want to come back and try other drinks and their food menu next time.

                            Project Gigglewater is always an excellent experience! The service is great, cocktails amazing, the food delicious! We were there at Xmas time, and everything is decked out for the holidays in the best way!

                            I reached out ahead of going since my partner is a wheelchair user. While the bar isn’t accessible (step to get in, washroom downstairs), the staff responded quickly to let us know what the obstacles were and apologized for the inaccessibility. We decided to go anyways and the staff offered to help in anyway they could. They were ready at the door and offered to help lift my partner’s chair into the bar. Was really impressed by how helpful the team was :) The festive decor was so fun and the food and drinks were amazing!! Service was friendly and as quick as it could be considering how busy they were. Great experience :)

                            One hour seating limit was too short to enjoy food as well, especially when the food came out late and only had 15 minutes left to eat. However the atmosphere was great with all the Christmas lights

                            Good idea, pretty decent food and drink offerings, but found it was not the festive vibe we were seeking. The website when we booked told us there was a one hour seating but did the greeter have to keep confirming we had only ONE HOUR to sit??? Very off putting especially when we were on time, had to wait to be seated, and waited even longer to finally get the attention of a server. Music and decorations were ok but there was something flat and formulaic about the whole place. Ok for 1 visit -will not be repeating.
