Prost! is a new refreshing experience located in Uptown Bay City! Offering a wide selection of wine and beer from around the globe, along with perfectly crafted cocktails. Our menu encompasses the European culture from imported charcuterie and cheese, shareable plates, salads, paninis and heartier dishes. We are dedicated to ensuring our guests are given a welcoming experience and bringing something new to the community for all to enjoy!

In the summer, our intimate dining space opens to the wonderful outdoors, leading to a lovely patio experience!

    The food is amazing and the service was top notch. There were four of us, we ordered two appetizers (HIGLY suggest the bruschetta. It was so good we even tipped our amazing waiter for the recipe), one awesome French onion soup, the burrata and prosciutto (that I eat as an entree) the club Prost, crab linguini which was on their special NYE menu and the chicken mushroom piccata. They were, and always are, pretty busy but our food and drinks came out in great time and EVERYTHING was amazing.

    Not sure why it took us so long to visit but we love this place! Went twice in 24 hours. Seats at bar with wine pro Brenda was great, brunch the following day was also great. Not all wine bars have solid wine or food, Prost has both!

    Going to Prost during the holidays has become an annual event for my husband and me. The food is good, the wine selection is very nice, service is great and atmosphere is cozy. I feel the food is a bit pricey and the menu is a bit limited, but we still enjoy this place. We enjoy Italian wines, and they have a very nice selection,.

    Very nice place for a holiday get together with neighbors. Service was excellent, food and drinks were great. Highly recommend!

    Excellent wine choices and shareable plates made it a perfect evenings with friends. The whitefish spread was wonderful and the bruschetta was good but the bread was a little soggy
