   I’m so excited that there’s a new Thai restaurant so close to my home. Our first experience at Pru was great! The food was excellent and the service was top notch! I highly recommend Pru for fabulous Thai dishes!

   We’re huge fans of Nahm Thai so have been excited to try Pru Kitchen. Left feeling a bit disappointed. My wife had their Red Duck Curry which was delicious but the rest of the food was average and over priced. Service needs improving. The restaurant was quiet and it took far too long to get drinks and, at one point, my beer sat looking at me from the bar for about 10 minutes. Seems like lunch might be a better option.

   I am a paying customer and was not paid or given free services to write this review. We had a great dinner at PRU. The restaurant was very clean which is a must for me. The staff was like being in a 5-star restaurant being very attentive and knowledgeable on all aspects of the menu. The Thai food was all excellent. The food was fresh and prepared with just the right spices. If you have ever traveled to Thailand, then you will appreciate this fine restaurant.

   Pru is a restaurant looking for an identity. When you enter the restaurant, it has the feel of a vibrant karaoke or nightclub bar. Bright colors, loud trance music blasting, very basic cafe style tables and seating and it's in a shopping strip mall building. The menu has all of the typical Thai dishes and some unique ones as well. We settled on the Lamb Kabobs and Grilled Chicken. Lamb was dry and bland but the chicken was small but delicious. We also got a few drinks and then ordered the Panang Curry with Beef and Red Curry Duck. The Panang was average and the Duck was quite delicious. So why the average review and why the identity comment? Well, because of the prices. They are eyebrow raising for a middle of the road Thai restaurant. $38 for Duck Curry!, $28 for forgettable Panang Curry and $22 for a tiny skewer of dry lamb shoulder? Even Drinks were close to $20 each as well. I think that PRU believes they are a Fine Dining or Michelin star restaurant, but having tried almost every Thai restaurant in the area, they are middle of the pack at best. Simply put, the pricing is not indicative of the quality, quantity, location or atmosphere. Perhaps food costs are too blame, or they are living off the reputation of their sister restaurant, but to make PRU a success, they need to wake up and work on quality food for a reasonable price. Leave the EDM music and quirky decorations for someone else.

   First time, we’ll go back. Staff was very welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Food was enjoyable and timely delivered. On the way out even got thank you’s and smiles from the kitchen staff.

   We were served the most delicious Thai food from our server, Bam. The food is excellent and it’s a great looking restaurant. Very cozy! My husband and I had red and green curry, and my mom had the shrimp pad Thai. We also shared spring rolls which were excellent - filled with glass noodles. This is a high end restaurant with fabulous food. We’ll be back.

   Great food, pad thai and panang curry were delicious as well as the appetizers. Honey toast with ice cream was the best!

    A good option for Thai food. They have tofu as an option for protein and were able to make dishes without fish sauce. Wish there were more vegetable forward dishes. Staff was limited but were very nice.
