Honestly it was beyond disappointing To start off with I reserved a table of 5 upstairs on the rooftop. It was our fault for booking up there as it was more of a Sunday session vibe and we just wanted lunch and drinks. However, the table they put us on was tiny and wasn’t able to fit 4 of us let alone the 6 that ended up arriving. So we asked to be moved. The staff said sure go find a table. So we did. We went to the smokers floor which no one warned us you couldn’t order food to because it was the smokers floor. We’re from WA and have never come across such a rule so we were very confused. It had of been alright if the staff helping us to another table warned us of this. However, when we went to order food the attitude on the girl taking the order was disgusting. There was no reason to talk to us in the way she did. There is no signs around and no one warned us, so how were we supposed to know? At that moment we decided to leave. As we walked down to the ground floor we did speak to someone. The only shining light at this establishment was the girl on the door. She was so lovely, apologetic and accommodating. She found us a table and was super lovely, double checking that we could order food down there. However, our issues didn’t stop there. There was one person on the bar and it took 20 minutes to get our 6 drinks. One of them, an aperol spritz, was made flat so we asked that it be redone. We ordered food and that was underwhelming. The pork bao buns that we were so excited for came out cold. The prawn tacos were ok, but borderline cold. My mum then proceeded to use the toilet. She states it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all from the Saturday night before, there was only one toilet with toilet paper and the other door didn’t lock. We understand that covid and lockdowns have been hard on the industry, but there is no excuse for the level of service we received. We will not be coming back.

Service was poor, several staff were rude and condescending. The inside downstairs has a foul smell. 4 out of 5 of the womens toilets on the upstairs level didn’t work - one was out of order, one didn’t have a seat and two doors didn’t close.

Loved catching up with friends at Public House in the outdoor area. We met at 3pm and it was nice and quiet so perfect to chat. As it got a little later into the afternoon, more people came in which was great to build up the atmosphere. Loved the new areas and it was such a perfect afternoon to be outdoors with a little bit of sunshine, great laughs and bubbles!

Great Venue, we were upstairs on a cold and rainy afternoon, the heaters were on and it was very cosy, great service, food and ambience.

It was so lovely the chips were Ceoliac friendly, the staff went to extra effort to make sure the fryer was actually gluten free, and nothing else was causing cross contamination. Will definitely return

My group of 14 arrived and public house was closed despite having my booking confirmed the day before and no mention online that it was closed. I believe this venue would have been perfect had they been open, however the lack of communication was very disappointing.

Made my birthday a really great experience for everyone. Cocktails were fantastic and food service was awesome! Would definitely recommend!
