Owned and operated by a Mexican American family whose best memories all include tacos, Puesto is an award-winning Mexican Artisan Kitchen & Bar providing an innovative approach to authentic Mexican flavors. On New Year’s Eve, we were stricken by hunger around 9:15 pm and made reservations at 9:45 pm not knowing the restaurant closes at 10 pm. The host called and asked us to put order in. Wow what a great idea! By the time we got in at 9:45 pm , food came in few minutes! Exceptional service! Good food 5 stars Service 5 stars Ambiance 5 stars Definitely going back!

Been to Puesto chain before. This time at Puesto Park Place. Very nice ambiance. Waiter was good but the food was such a disappointment. The tacos were dry. Spend over $300 on mediocre tacos was such a let down. Will not come back to this location.

Dear Cathy, I'm sorry to hear that your experience at Puesto Park Place didn’t live up to expectations. It’s frustrating when you spend a good amount of money, and the food doesn’t match the quality you were hoping for. It sounds like the tacos didn’t deliver, and that can really affect the whole dining experience. I can understand why you’d be disappointed, especially if you’ve enjoyed their food at other locations before. Have you considered sharing your feedback with the restaurant directly? Sometimes we would be able to offer a resolution or a way to improve your experience while we have you in the location. If you ever do decide to give us another chance, hopefully, we’ll have worked out the kinks.

Went there on a Tuesday night and had an absolutely great experience! Wonderful service and freshly made food, immaculate atmosphere, cannot recommend this place enough!

The food was so good and the staff were exceptional. It’s such a lovely place I was already planning my next visit half way through the meal.

The place is beautiful and that’s what drew me there. I also like Mexican food, but that was very overpriced. It’s hard to find value in an average quality taco that is 3x what it should cost. Food was okay. The $14 guacamole was not fresh and a little brown. The tacos were tasty but very small. And like I said, you can find the same tacos elsewhere or another nice places that give more food and same quality.

Had to wait quite a while, like an hour for food, which wasn’t super comfortable on the wooden bench but the ambiance was fantastic and music selection fun and hip. I ordered the chicken mole enchiladas and just about died it was the best mole I’ve had in the states! Phenomenal!
