   Service was a struggle and they were not even busy. After 40 minutes we had to go to the bar ourselves to look for our drinks

   Great date night, drinks were good & music was great. We played Monopoly. The food was just ok but we didn’t go for the food we went for the fun.

   Fun for arcade games, a few of them were not working correctly. We had a couple of drinks. 120 tokens $25 2drinks $25, fun date.

   Pros- Drinks were good. Burger was good. Our waitress was very nice and friendly. Downside- $30 street parking for 2 hours, would suggest looking for garage space. Catfish sandwich was literally burnt black to a crisp and still left the kitchen somehow, so wouldn’t recommend that. The seats in our booth were very worn out, badly in need of reupholster. Place could also use an update on the tvs and kitchen QC. Overall decent night

   I’ve been to Punch Bowl in Chicago and the experience is completely different than here in Atlanta. Here in ATL, we had to flag down our server. The kitchen was out of almost everything and did not notify us until our food showed up with missing items. My wings were undercooked and the manager tried to downplay it but ultimately took it off the bill. The drinks were inconsistent as well. My fiancé and I ordered the same beverage and they tasted like 2 totally different drinks. We didn’t even play any games because we just wanted to leave. Needless to say, there’s no need for us to return.

   We arrived at the restaurant only to find that the upstairs was booked for a private event and our reservations would not be honored. We scrambled and found bar seating, only to get a message 15 minutes after our scheduled arrival time letting us know that our reservations were canceled. Food was ok, service was fine, but we had to wait 10 minutes after our food arrived for utensils to be brought down from the upstairs staff. I understand this is a business, and private events are part of that. However, a little common courtesy goes a long way. I'm sure this place is fine to stop in for a drink, but there are much better options for dinner at the battery.

   Monday night was awkwardly quite, but service was nice. Took a lifetime to get our drinks and food. My best salad was full of arugula, and the salmon was overcooked. The tocos were good and the garlic fries.

   A great venue for a team-building event ... we did not have enough time to experience all the games we wanted!

    We recently visited and had a great time. We sat upstairs at the bar, which had a lively atmosphere. There were a few hiccups with our drink orders, as we had to wait for a supervisor to retrieve the alcohol from a secured area. Additionally, some condiments like blue cheese and buffalo sauce were unavailable, which was a bit disappointing. However, the energetic environment really made up for these issues, and I left feeling happy about the experience overall.
